One Light To Remember

Decatur Memorial Foundation has added a special touch to the holiday season with the "One Light To Remember" program. The memory of your loved one will shine through a single light at the main entrance of the hospital, enriching the spirit of the season, and the lives of the others through the hospice way of caring at Decatur Memoiral Hospital.

Decatur Memorial Foundation's Eighteenth Annual One Light to Remember Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2009 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

For a gift of $10 or more to the Foundation, the memory of your loved one will shine through a single light. Your contributions help support the DMH Hospice Program.

Approximately 700 donors to the 2008 One Light to Remember program helped raise nearly $10,000 to benefit Decatur Memorial Hospital's Hospice program.

To dedicate a light in memory of a loved one, please stop by the Decatur Memorial Foundation office, or call 876-2105 for a sponsor card or simply print out the sponsor card and mail to Decatur Memorial Foundation, 2300 N. Edward Street, Decatur, Illinois 62526.
