Take the first step to fitness. Train for the 17th Annual Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation Decatur Race for the Cure at its Fun & Fit Walk/Runs.

May 7th – DMH Heart & Lung - Blood Pressure, Pulse Ox, Heart Rate
May 14th – Serenity Woods Therapeutic Massages – 5-minute Massages
May 21st – DMH Shore – Body Fat Testing
June 4th – The Center Peace Massage Therapist - Relaxation Massage
June 11th – Merle Norman Co. – SPF/Sunscreen Moisturizers
June 18th – DMH Wellness Center – Body Fat Testing

A "free" tank top, courtesy of Anderson and Odunsi, M.D., L.L.C., will be given to the first 500 Fun & Fit participants.

In case of rain some programs may be cancelled.
