Cancer Care Center of Decatur Is Now Open
November 11, 2009...The Cancer Care Center of Decatur, located at 210 W. McKinley Avenue, is a newly-opened 55,400 square foot state-of-the-art facility that offers a full spectrum of outpatient cancer services.
The Cancer Care Center of Decatur, owned by Baker’s Dozen, LLC, features services provided by Cancer Care Specialists of Central Illinois, SC, and the Decatur Memorial Hospital Cancer Care Institute, including Medical Oncology/Hematology, Radiation Oncology, Diagnostic Medical Imaging, Cancer Research, and Complementary Medicine. DMH Announces Grand Opening of Café DMH
October 29, 2009...Café DMH, Decatur Memorial Hospital’s new hospital cafeteria and kitchen, will open Monday, Nov. 16.
The 29,000 square foot addition consists of a state-of-the-art kitchen, food court area, and atrium-style dining room. Construction of the new facility was done by local skilled trades, contractors and subcontractors. “The new kitchen at Café DMH is designed primarily for patient driven meal service,” said Matt Oberheim, director, DMH Food & Nutrition Services.
